KAMAY
Description:
Kamay means "hand", the terminal part of the human arm located below the forearm, used for grasping and holding and consisting of the wrist, palm, four fingers, and an opposable thumb.
(used as a noun).
Word Usage:
Napansin ni Pedro na maraming kalyo ang kamay ni Manoy.
(Pedro noticed that Manoy’s hand had a lot of calluses.)
or (Pedro observed that Manoy had thick, brownish calluses on his hand.)
or even (Pedro thinks that Manoy is in dire need of a girlfriend.)
Mabilis na nakipagkamay si Juan sa kanyang kaibigang si Isko pagkagaling niya sa banyo.
